Our bending equipment is represented by a press Brake type MB8-110T / 2500. The machine is equipped with a set of dies and punches for bending smooth and corrugated sheets of carbon, alloy and stainless steels.

The main characteristics of the press brake:
  1. The maximum bending force is 110 tons.
  2. The maximum bending thickness is 5 mm, for a stainless steel workpiece, length 1200 mm.
  3. The maximum bending length is 2500 mm, for a stainless steel workpiece, 3 mm thick, 2500 mm long.
  4. The minimum length of the workpiece (Lz) and the minimum shelf size (Lp), which can be obtained with one bend, depend on the thickness of the metal, and are:
    • For metal with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm; Lz = 24 mm, Lp = 12 mm.
    • For metal with a thickness of 2.5 mm to 4 mm; Lz = 30 mm, Lp = 15 mm.
    • For metal with a thickness of 4 mm to 5 mm; Lz = 45 mm, Lp = 27 mm.
    • The referenced dimensions are valid only for the case when one bend is enough to create the product.
  5. Types of workpiece material: stainless, carbon and alloy sheet steel, smooth and corrugated, 4 mm thick wire.

The MB8-110T / 2500 press brake has 4 axes controlled by the CNC: the Y1 and Y2 axes controlling the hydraulic cylinders and, respectively, the crosshead, the X axis responsible for the horizontal movement of the rear finger stops, the R axis responsible for the vertical movement of the rear finger stops. The machine is equipped with a system for compensating the deflection of the frame. CNC bending press allows you to build a drawing, automatically calculate the parameters of the bend, has a flexible configuration of the working tool.
